Hello, I'm Lolita.
Friendly, funny and creative bartender from Isère (France), bartending is one of my biggest passions and I'd love to develop my mixology knowledge. I'm passionate, open minded very smily and always happy to help a colleague or a customer.
Thanks to my many experiences in 3 years of bartending, I had the chance to learn a lot of skills. From the London cocktail bar to the spanish restaurant, I had the time to learn around 180 cocktil recipes and a lot of bartending and service skills such as free pouring, a good memory for orders, cleanig skills and keeping a station fully cleaned an ready to make cocktails, holding trays and plates, speed and always keeping a clear head for every problems we could have.
