I began my journey in the bar and restaurant sector in 2016 at Bliss, a high-volume nightclub in Vilamoura, where I gained my first hands-on experience in cocktail preparation and developed a solid understanding of the fast-paced bar environment. While attending university, I continued to build my skills by working part-time as a barman at various local bars and music festivals, adapting to different service styles and high-demand settings. I worked as a bartender at a cocktail-focused bar in Marina de Cascais, where I deepened my knowledge of classic cocktails and gained experience preparing signature drinks according to established recipes, further strengthening my passion for the craft.
