I’m an 19 year old Australian who is eager to learn and develop my bartending skills and knowledge of cocktails and make a career out of it.

KIRK’S ON THE ESPLANADE NOV 2023 - CURRENT Front Of House Staff Kirk’s is one of the best rated restaurants on the Mornington Peninsula, with weekend bookings reaching up to and over 200 patrons per service, meaning a highly active bar service, with large amounts of cocktails and other beverages being made to order. Working during these extremely busy periods has taught me how to work professionally, remain calm and ensure all customers receive the best bar service possible. My role at Kirk’s includes bartending and making cocktails, bar cleaning, set up and pack down, running private functions, interacting with customers and much more. MORNINGTON INDOOR SPORTS CENTRE OCT 2021 – NOV 2023 DEGANI MT ELIZA Mornington Indoor Sports Centre is one of the many Indoor sports leagues on the Mornington Peninsula, spanning over 3 different sports such as Mixed Netball, Indoor Soccer and Indoor Cricket. Whilst working at Mornington Indoor Sports Centre it helped me develop organisational skills and time management to ensure all games ran smoothly and on time, whilst also working on conflict resolution skills. My role included Referring, administration, bartending, pack down/set up and much more. DEGANI MT ELIZA Degani MT Eliza was a popular local café for Breakfast and Lunch. Working at Degani taught me how to operate within a fast-paced kitchen and how to plan my order of operations accordingly to ensure meals arrived on time and together. My role included Kitchen hand helping in preparing and cooking whole meals alongside washing dishes and restocking kitchen supplies.
