During high school, I led initiatives in the zero waste group, from charity drives to environmental campaigns. These experiences with diverse teams strengthened my leadership abilities, teamwork, adaptability, and time management—skills that transfer perfectly to bartending. I thrive whether working solo or collaborating with others.
