Hello, my name is Manuel and I am a passionate bartender, I have a passion for mixology, delivering excellent customer service and knowledge of classic cocktails and the ability to learn new recipes.
I took a break from this passion to secure a steady income in another sector, without ever completely leaving it behind, working as a part-time/extra behind the bar . Later I decided to return to it by taking this course, with the goal of starting again with my original passion. I completed the bartender course in Madrid, acquiring various skills that I didn't have before, and as a result, I obtained the certification as a professional bartender with a final grade of 92.7/100, along with the mixology certificate. I have experience in a few bar and pub in italy, my task was to create cocktail for satisfy the clients, keeping my area cleaning and maintain the efficiency of the bar. At the moment, I continue to work as a part-time/extra while waiting for a permanent position
