Hello, I'm Rafferty.

Sociable with both fellow employees and customers, a highly motivated bartender from England who is easy to get along with whilst remaining highly focused on the task at hand.



I have had experience in the hospitality industry through catering and marquee work in the last 24 months, and I recently graduated from the European Bartending School in Kos. I am now eager to cement my skills in the industry. I have detailed knowledge of drink combinations and I am committed to serving with a smile. My training has made me adept at maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and dedicated to providing customers with a welcoming environment. The timed elements of the training and exams at the EBS mean I am able to work under pressure and react quickly to changes in the professional atmosphere whilst remaining calm and sociable with both colleagues and customers. Since then, I have been working as a bartender for The Red Deer in Horsham which is part bar, part brasserie, allowing me to learn a skill set from both environments. They serve a selection of high quality cocktails and mocktails which have only added to my knowledge as a bartender. On top of that, I also have experience as a barista at Gail’s Bakery which offer exceptional coffee, tea and assorted baked goods.
