Hello, I'm Alexandre.
Skillful, cheerful and professional, i am passionate about my work. My experience has taught me how to adopt the good attitude in quiet and classy places such as in rock'n'roll bars. I speak French, English and I am learning Spanish.
I have been working in hospitality for 7 years. I have worked as a cook (5 years), as a waiter and as a barman (2 years). No matter the place i work for, the most important to me is to make every guest feel like home and have a great experience. My goal is to specialize in cocktails and mixology. My previous experiences as a cook have gave me the aptitude to regognize when aromas match together, but I want to know more. The art of mixology passionates me because of its infinite possibilities of creation. I came to Barcelona in September 2024 to attend the EBS classes, so it seems logical today to look for a job in a cocktail bar where i could learn more skills and put all my heart in my work. Later, my goal is to open my own bar after i've had enough experience
