Hard Work
Dylan

Hello, I'm Dylan.

Hey there, I'm Dylan Horn, a dedicated bartender passionate about perfecting mixology and creating unforgettable experiences. Let's raise a glass to new beginnings and endless possibilities!

With a diverse background spanning culinary arts and entrepreneurship, I've cultivated a wealth of experience that fuels my passion for excellence in hospitality. My journey began with three years of dedicated study as a self-employed cook, where I honed my culinary skills and developed a keen understanding of flavor profiles and kitchen management. Transitioning into the world of entrepreneurship, I completed a specialist entrepreneur program, equipping me with invaluable insights into business strategy, financial planning, and operations. As part of my entrepreneurial studies, I undertook the challenge of writing a comprehensive business plan, refining my ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic initiatives to drive growth and success. Building upon this foundation, I spent five years as a cook, refining my craft in various culinary settings and mastering the art of creating delectable dishes that delight the palate. Transitioning into bartending, I spent two years behind the bar, where I focused on delivering exceptional service and fostering memorable experiences for patrons. In January, I took my passion for bartending to the next level by completing a four-week European Bartender School (EBS) course, further enhancing my skills and expertise in mixology and beverage service. Drawing from my diverse experiences and relentless pursuit of excellence, I bring a unique blend of culinary creativity, entrepreneurial acumen, and bartending proficiency to every role. Whether crafting culinary delights or mixing up innovative cocktails, I am committed to exceeding expectations and creating unforgettable moments for every guest. Let's raise a glass to the journey ahead, where each endeavor is infused with passion, skill, and a dash of entrepreneurial spirit.
